First day of Spring!
Such a lovely time of year especially in South Florida with all the beautiful, beautiful plants and flowers that are blooming. Seeing people working in their yards and children playing outside warms my heart.

1. Cleaning the gutters and downspouts
2. Reseal exterior woodwork such as fascia boards
3. Clean and Inspect your roof, replace loose or cracked tiles
4. Patch cracks and paint exterior
5. Check your sprinkler and irrigation system
6. Check caulking and screens around windows and doors
